Instructions
  1. Place coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt in 1.5 or 4 qt on low heat
  2. Allow the ingredients to melt and mix together
  3. Add the cranberries & sweet potatoes to the mixture
  4. Toss all ingredients together, add 1 Tbsp water, and then place the cover
  5. Cook until the gauge reaches 50, then set a timer for 15 minutes to allow the sweet potatoes to tenderize
