That is why we have created the TFK Healthy
Eating Bridal Bootcamp Class!
In as little as four weeks, you, your wedding party and even your fiancé can work to improve your health so you all look and feel amazing for the big day!
Do you want to eat healthier? Do you want to lose a few pounds? Do you want to learn how to cook healthy and make your wedding goals a lifelong habit? If you want any or all of these goals then this class is for you.
TFK’s Healthy Eating Bridal Bootcamp will teach you and your fiancé how to make weekly meal plans that feature healthy choices, a few of which we will showcase how to cook. With meal plans, recipes, and cooking techniques, you can change the way you eat starting the first day, using these guidelines and resources for lifelong healthy eating choices. Staying committed to health (and fitness) goals can be overwhelming, so we will teach you how to realistic your goals as you work to achieve them. TFK’s Bridal Bootcamp teaches how small changes can equal big results.
After signing up for the class, a Wellness Consultant will be assigned to you to help with any questions you have. Most importantly, if you so choose you can opt to join our Bridal Bootcamp Commitment Community to keep you on track and reward you along the way.
