TFK All in One Honey & Apple Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
  1. Slice slits in pork tenderloin.
  2. Place 1-2 apple slices per slit.
  3. Place trivet into your AIO - pouring in the 1.5 cups of liquid into the AIO.
  4. Place ¾ of remaining apple slices onto the trivet.
  5. Drizzle ½ of the honey over apple slices.
  6. Place pork on top of apple slices.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon over everything.
  8. Place remaining apple slices on top and drizzle the remaining honey over everything.
  9. Place lid on, seal the AIO, level the gauge and cook for 25 minutes (2-3 lb roast), 40 minutes for (4 lb roast).
  10. Release the pressure, remove from AIO, slice and serve with apples on top
Recipe Notes
  • While the meat was very tender, I would marinade the pork in an apple juice, honey and cinnamon mixture to embed more flavor within the meat itself.
  • Could always sear up the pork for a crunchier outside prior to step 3 above.
